One year, from the day it reaches you
Every metaXring comes with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty period starts on the day you take delivery, not on the day you ordered and not on the day we dispatched. The delivery date recorded by the carrier is the date we use.
Extended warranty adds to it
If you bought extended warranty cover with your ring, the years you bought are added on top of the base year, and they run continuously from the same delivery date. One extra year gives you 2 years of cover in total; two extra years give you 3.
Extended cover is sold with a ring, not on its own, and it is tied to the ring it was bought for. It covers the same defects on the same terms as the base year — it buys you time, not a different kind of protection.
What we do about a defect
If your ring fails within the warranty period because of a defect we are responsible for, we will, at our choice, repair it, replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or refund it. Repairs and replacements do not restart the warranty; they carry the remainder of the original period.
We pay the shipping in both directions on a valid warranty claim.
What is not covered
- Normal wear: scratches, scuffs and dulled finish.
- Damage from an accident, a drop, a crush, misuse, or use outside the conditions in the manual.
- Water damage beyond the water resistance stated for the product.
- Batteries whose capacity has declined through ordinary charge cycles rather than a defect.
- A ring that has been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than us.
- Rings bought from a seller other than us, or with no proof of purchase.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, its readings are for everyday trend watching, and they must never be used as the basis for a medical decision or as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Nothing in this warranty is a promise about the clinical accuracy of any reading.
Your legal rights
This warranty is given in addition to, and does not affect, the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, in particular, you have a legal guarantee against goods that do not conform to the contract, and you may use it whether or not this warranty still runs.
How to claim
Email us with your order number and a description of the problem, and photos or a short video if the fault is visible. We reply with a claim number and where to send the ring. Claims are handled by us directly — see the contact details at the foot of this page.
