Who you are buying from
Everything on this site is sold by Science Infinity Technology Limited, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, Business Registration No. 75972743, with its registered office at Unit 03, 22/F, Easey Commercial Building, 253-261 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person placing the order. These terms apply to every order placed through this site, together with our Shipping & Duties, Returns & Exchanges, Warranty and Privacy Policy pages, which form part of them.
How an order is formed
Product pages, prices and availability are an invitation to order, not an offer to sell.
- You place an order. That is your offer to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown at the moment you check out.
- We send an acknowledgement email confirming that your order reached us. This is not acceptance — it only records what you asked for.
- The contract between you and us is formed when we send a separate confirmation that your order has been accepted and dispatched. Until then we may decline the order in whole or in part, for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was clearly wrong, or if we cannot ship to the address you gave.
If we decline an order after you have paid, we refund the amount for the declined items in full, to the payment method you used.
Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in the currency of the store you are browsing and are per item. Prices are landed prices: the duties and import taxes of the destination country are already included in the price you pay, and so is standard express shipping. You are not asked to pay anything further on delivery. The details, and the destinations we serve, are on the Shipping & Duties page.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a price was obviously wrong and you could reasonably have seen that it was wrong, we are not required to sell at that price.
Payment
Payment is taken when you place the order and is processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. If your payment is later reversed or charged back, we may cancel the order and recover the goods.
Delivery, risk and ownership
We deliver to the address you give us. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full.
Cancelling, returning and warranty
Your right to cancel and return an order is set out on the Returns & Exchanges page. The warranty that comes with the product is set out on the Warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
What this product is
metaXring is a wellness product, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and its readings must not be used as a basis for medical decisions.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for business losses. Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
If you buy as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you habitually reside, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
