Landed prices: duties and import taxes are included
We ship on DDP terms — delivered duty paid.
The price you see already includes the duties and import taxes of the destination country, and it includes standard express shipping. There is nothing further to pay when the courier hands you the parcel: no customs invoice, no brokerage fee, no VAT bill.
We are the importer of record for your shipment. We calculate what the destination country charges on the goods, pay it, and carry it in the price. If a country changes its rates after you have ordered, that is our problem, not yours — the price you agreed at checkout is the price you pay.
Where we ship
Each store below is a shipping destination: pick your country at the foot of any page and prices, currency and duties are recalculated for it. We currently deliver to:
- Australia (AUD) — Australia
- Canada (CAD) — Canada
- Europe (EUR) — Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain
- United Kingdom (GBP) — United Kingdom
- United States (USD) — United States
If your country is not on that list we cannot ship there yet. Leave your email on the home page and we will tell you the moment it opens.
Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse on working days, usually within 2 working days of the order being accepted.
- Express delivery normally takes a further 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination.
- Pre-order items ship from the date shown on the product page. If your order mixes a pre-order item with an in-stock item, we ship the in-stock item first, at no extra cost to you.
- You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel has a number.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather and public holidays can add days that no carrier can predict.
Addresses, refusals and undeliverable parcels
Please check your address before you pay. We can change an address only until the parcel is dispatched.
If a parcel is refused at delivery, or comes back to us because nobody could receive it or the address was wrong, we refund the price of the goods once the parcel reaches our warehouse. The duties and import taxes already paid on that shipment, and the original shipping cost, are not refundable — see Returns & Exchanges.
Risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and keep the packaging; we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
